Someone asked me, "Why did you title your book, Woman: This is for You?" This is my response. I have been a private and guarded person most of my life. In this book, I am completely open about my deepest loss, personal obstacles, struggles and past hurts. I also share my greatest successes, victories and lessons learned, in hope of inspiring, encouraging and liberating women, strengthening their faith, and evoking changes in their lives. " It is my prayer and hope that the life of every woman who reads this book, will in some measure, be changed." Novia NOVIA REID is a speaker, licensed clinical social worker and the author of Just You and I: Devotions from the Heart, a devotional for women. She currently lives in Miami, FL.
