the prisp wobble board is the ideal addition to your home training equipment. An incredibly versatile tool, the wobble board allows its user to train muscles that are not exercised by standing on a traditional 2-way balance board. The basic idea is to stand on it with two feet and tilt the platform in any direction without letting the edges touch the ground. These movements train the stabilizer muscles while improving balance, coordination and motor control.
once you are comfortable with standing on the platform, more exercises can be performed, such as:
- single foot balance (one foot on the platform, the other off the ground, maintain balance)
- single foot tilts (one foot on the platform, the other off the ground, tilt front to back)
