If church has stopped working for you, but your spirit knows something is missing, God may be calling you to try something new. Jesus promised, "Where two or three gather together as my followers, I am there among them ." With a few friends and a little faith, anyone can claim that promise and experience the love and power that turned the world upside down. David Wentz trains pastors around the world to equip God's people to be the church and have church any time, any place, with anybody. In this #1 bestseller, he walks you through meeting with God in your own living room with positive practical advice suited to every religious background or none. It's how Christians gathered in the New Testament and the American frontier, and it's a growing movement around the world today. You don't need a preacher. You don't need a special building. All you need is a few friends and a little faith. "What a refreshing read! Balanced in viewpoint and refraining from church-bashing, I found this book to be a practical guide and a breath of fresh air! A quality book that will make waves as we enter a time of church reformation in the coming years."
