But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint. ~ Isaiah 40:31 This book was birthed in 2016 after Yogi Pakkiri had to say goodnight to her baby sister. Between 2016 and 2023, she had lost her sister, her dad and her brother. Writing, especially poetry, was the only way she could express her grief and loss. It was the only way to deal with the pain and the heartbreak. But, all glory to God Who gives us the grace to carry on. When the temptation to give up is so strong, it is His strength that is made perfect in those weak moments. He is our Comforter and our Burden Bearer. The God of the impossible. Wait for the Lord: God's timing is perfect. His ways are higher than ours. All He asks is that we be still and wait patiently for Him. When we try do things our way and lean on our own understanding, all we experience is frustration and delays but when we surrender all to Jesus and allow Him to take the reign, we find that everything falls perfectly into place. For the vision awaits an appointed time though it tarries... wait for it. It will surely come. It will not delay. ~ Habakkuk 2:2-3
