Bill Wiess was born on September 16, 1937 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He was the youngest son of Charles and Mary Wiess. He graduated from Pine Bluff High School and attended Arkansas State Teachers College in Conway, AR. (which is now the University of Central Arkansas.) Bill furthered his education in his field of study by graduating from the School of Mortgage Banking in Evanston, Illinois. He had a career in mortgage banking and served as the President of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Arkansas. He retired doing commercial real estate consulting before forming his own company in the hospital courier business. Bill is married to Sue Ann Wiess who is from Pine Bluff and they have two daughters, three grand-children and four great grand-children. Bill and Sue reside in Maumelle, Arkansas and are members of the Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock, Arkansas. In his early years Bill served as Director of LT Care Ministries and as board member. It was at this time he was ordained and became a licensed minister. For years he taught Bible Studies, sharing time with his pastor, Arlis Downs. It was during these courses of study that he developed studies and preparations by using "subject matter" research. It is this type of presentation that Bill has incorporated into this book. He refers to himself as a "Sharer of the Word" and it is his prayer that all who read become more acquainted with this type of study to help in their own personal walk with the Lord
