In the first installment of this interactive series that delivers an escape room in book form, it's your job to help Ezra and Billie make it out of this haunted house alive. With multiple endings, puzzles, and twists on every page, finally YOU can take charge of the story and choose how to save yourself. . .if you dare!
Ezra Glick doesn't want anything to do with this new town, new school, and - worst of all - his spooky, gloomy new house. He doesn't even believe his classmate Billie when she tells him about the legend of Bloody Susan, the two-hundred-year-old ghost who used to live in his house and now haunts it in death. But he would know if his own house was haunted, right?
Wrong. Ezra and Billie find themselves trapped in a home of hungry ghosts and unspeakable horrors. Giant spiders, spooky mirrors, projectile utensils, and literal skeletons in closets wait for them at every turn. The house is a minefield fullof riddles and puzzles, and the two friends need your help to escape the dangerous ghosts. . . or you'll end up joining them.
