Run, Think, Go is a book for the parents of children that are ready to toilet train or are in the process of toilet training or are at the end of their ropes with toilet training. My wife and I have used the 'Dr.Phil' style technique with my son and it worked pretty well with my second child. My second child did pretty well with going potty in the toilet. However, in order for my boy to get 'number 2' mastered it took a while longer. During the turbulation of trying to get my boy to want to go to the toilet I made up a silly song for him. This song was made up and changed so that it would rhyme and be as silly as possible. There were many versions of this song during the time it took for my boy to get to zero accidents. Once my oldest girl started to sing the song and my boy started to sing the song I knew we were close to success. So I used the song and wrote a story around the song to help parents be consistent, and children to relax, have fun, and be silly. Please use this story and read it to your children in a way that relieves the pressure of getting the toilet every time all the time. Remember it is good to have different tools in your tool box and this book should be added to your collection. This book is not the 'silver bullet' in toilet training, but it is effective and it worked for my wife and I, and of course my boy.
