Making a bad day better can be as easy as thinking of one or two things you are thankful for and jotting them down. This is the concept behind the 'Things I'm Thankful For' journal. An exercise in thankfulness, this book acts as your personal two-year guide and works to assist you in recognizing the many great blessings in your life, especially when things seem dim. 'I was told we can't grieve 24 hours a day. I sure don't want to and you probably don't either. Please give this journal a try. I pray it helps make life a little better for you' says the author.
