Draw closer to Jesus— as a family . “How can we protect our kids’ minds and hearts?” That question is being asked more and more by caring adults. Peer pressure and cultural influences reach even our youngest children, shaping their values and identity through toys, trends, and technology. Time in God’s Word is the best way to help kids experience and embrace the truth and love of God— and to recognize and reject the world’s lies As Christians, we know that God’s Word is life. And we long to share that life with our children. But if your discipleship efforts have fallen flat, if you’ve felt ill-equipped, or if you’re simply unsure how to get started, you’re not alone. The Word in Our Home was designed for you— it takes the burden of discipleship and turns it into a blessing. This easy to follow, creative resource provides a framework for studying the Bible with your family. Each chapter builds on God’s attributes, the gospel of Jesus Christ, and the essential truths of the Christian faith. Using kid-friendly language, The Word in Our Home is an interactive discipleship guide that pairs Scripture with insightful discussion questions, creating a meaningful and natural pathway to God-centered conversations. In just 10-15 minutes you can lead your family to read God’s Word, talk about it, and pray together! An open-and-go tool for families with a target age of 8-14, these lessons are easily adaptable for kids of every age. Step into the joy of family discipleship—a blessing that will last a lifetime.
