This serial killer is a voyeur. He has left his latest victim inside a shipping container. He has positioned her under a camera so that he can see her every move...what little moves she can make inside the box. He likes to watch people suffer. Detective Darla Meekins catches the case. She's new to the town and doesn't like being treated like a rookie. She gets the missing report on the woman who has been reported missing over fifteen times. She's had drug and alcohol problems but Darla feels as if something else is going on...She works fast to find the killer as she realizes that he will capture another young woman before the night is over... Her little sister hasn't been answering her phone...and she's not at home. Can Darla find her before it is too late?
