Daniel Rourke, a rookie operative in a clandestine organization known as The Watchtower, is given an unusual assignment: protect an amnesiac woman, Sofia Dumas, who holds the key to a covert mission that went catastrophically wrong. As fragments of Sofia's memory start to return, it becomes clear that she was once a top assassin for The Watchtower, and her knowledge of "The Silent Directive" threatens to unravel a global black ops operation. Daniel and Sofia must outrun assassins, double agents, and a shadowy figure from Sofia's past, known only as "The Phantom."
