A heartwarming, cozy story that celebrates family affection and the importance of giving back a hug.
When Lucy''s mother gives Lucy the last hug she has, Lucy promises to give it back, but first she must share it with everyone in the house - Dad, the twins, the baby and even her dog, Annie.
Along the way, the hug changes - it becomes stronger, bigger, a bit slobbery, peanut-buttery, and at one point it even runs away on her. But it always comes back to her and it''s always nice.
With charming affirmations of love on every page, parents and their children will love Freya Blackwood''s simply adorable illustrations and the familiar scenes of a slightly chaotic household just before bedtime.
