Along the way, David falls in love with a young woman named Lucy Worth, and the two must fight to stay together despite the obstacles in their path. The novel explores themes of love, justice, and the struggle for power in a rapidly changing world. Written in a poetic and lyrical style, ""The Reign of Law"" is a classic work of American literature that continues to captivate readers today.1900. With illustrations by Harry Fenn and J. C. Earl.
