It is a collection of recipes that I have developed and modified over the years that showcases what I love to cook. Good, wholesome food is my priority. My book isn't one that you must follow to a T, and I want you to put your own personality, experiences, likes and dislikes into the food you cook. Don't be afraid to make a mistake or throw a failed dish out. I know that if I haven't been cooking for a while, it's easy to get out of the habit and lose some of my skills. It's like playing tennis: the more you practice the better you are at it. So, enjoy, have fun, and get family and friends involved. I decided to base this book around the parts of the world in which I've lived and around important aspects of my family life.
