While walking one rainy day, Asianni and her grandmother come across a piece of purple paper. It catches their attention, but what could possibly be interesting about a lost piece of paper? This single paper tells a whole life story, from the purple paper's time as a tree to having a very important purpose! This paper is not meant for writing on, but instead, it will be used to wrap a present. The Purple Paper is the story of a grandmother's effort to nudge her granddaughter into a better mood by examining a seemingly trivial dropped object. It is a wonderful reminder that everything and everyone walks a path with purpose.
