Through anxiety, depression, anorexia, and borderline personality disorder I've learned and overcame an immense amount. These past few years have been the hardest years of my life. I've learned a lot about myself and learned a lot about who I don't want to be. This book portrays the memories that have got me to the point that I am in my life, strong and still here. If I just gave up when I wanted to, I wouldn't have been able to see that everything is temporary. Which isn't a bad thing, but actually for the better.
