In fact, things get worse, and your sense of failure, extreme frustration, and helplessness deepens. I have studied the Law of Attraction, read numerous self-development books, explored Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and delved into philosophy, all to find an explicit answer: Why do I fail despite my diligence, while many people less intelligent, less skilled, and less hardworking than me attain the success and recognition that I deserve? I have discovered—and I do not exaggerate when I say this—that there is another side to the Law of Intellectual Attraction. Scientists have alluded to it in a few simple, fleeting sentences. This side is the sole reason behind failure; therefore, I shall name it: The Law of Failure.
