Elkie has no idea she's on a date.
Bud is absolutely sure he's on one.
Sam is just trying to keep the two of them alive long enough to solve a mystery.
When rumors spread about a strange "dinosaur" hiding somewhere outside their Kansas town, the three friends set out to find it. What starts as a simple summer adventure turns into a chaotic trail of weird clues, creaking barns, half-true rumors, and something big moving out there in the dark.
Elkie is delightfully clueless.
Bud is a romantic with terrible timing.
Sam is the only one paying attention.
And the creature they're chasing may be more real than any of them expect.
Funny, warm, and full of small-town charm, The Olkie Mokey is a lighthearted mystery about friendship, first crushes, and the wild things that happen when you go looking for a dinosaur.
