The Lunar Princess Book II- Tween Chapter Book The story takes place in a massive web of an invented world in which the Lunar Princess protects the Nocturnal creatures and animals from the evil King Constellation.  There are few things that kingdoms fear worse than curses. It has been the bane of many royals, been the end of many guards and knights. They strike swiftly and silently, flooding into the world on shadow born feet, on the wings of feathered things.  They are vicious things. Beasts of habit, with but one goal, with no capability of reasoning. Sometimes, they cannot be undone. Other times, it takes a sacrifice of the highest sort to reverse the side effects - sending thorns back to roses, bringing light back to the darkened vales. This is what the Lunar Princess fears, as her final term draws to an end. She stands in the highest tower of her castle, one hand resting on the swell of her belly. Outside, everything appears to be peaceful. There are no night creatures swarming the land. There is nothing overtly out of place.But appearances can be deceiving, and the Lunar Princess knows instinctivly that something is wrong. She has known it for months now - from the very moment that she realized she was pregnant with her second child; Nightmare.
