Joe Deal's extraordinary journey is woven with threads of faith, courage, and craftsmanship. From his years as a children's pastor to serving on the front lines as a firefighter, advanced EMT, and emergency management director, Joe has lived a life of purpose. He continues to impact young lives today as a dedicated teacher, grounded in the belief that every child-no matter how small-is capable of great things through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. A devoted father and grandfather, Joe finds joy in ham radio, flying drones, and woodworking-each hobby reflecting his creative spirit and steady hands. His story reminds us that the smallest voices can echo the loudest truths, and that every life, no matter its path, can be a vessel for God's light.
Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it. (Proverbs 22:6)
