In 1945 the Nazis' reign of terror was collapsing. The end of the war was beginning to take its toll. and what seemed inevitable to them just a few years earlier, was now a distant fantasy. Years passed, but some still believed in the dream. They hinged that belief on a secret mission that took place 5000 miles away and 80 years earlier.
Thrust into the middle of that 80-year-old mystery, is Jack Relik,a retired ex-Special Forces commando, his partner Frank MacLeod and a team of covert operatives as they try to unravel the truth.
At the end of World War Two, five spheres were constructed and sent aboard a V3 experimental rocket to capture some antimatter. The spheres were removed and secretly hidden when the capsule returned to Earth,
However, four spheres were discovered over the ensuing years, but they were found to contain nothing.
This is the account of what happened to the fifth sphere, the one they called: The Last Marble.
