Each & every poem has been given to me as the Lord has whispered in my ear. They are not just poems, they are messages from the heart of God. Neither are they for any one specific category. People of all ages, all races, all denominations & even non Christians will receive inspiration from this book. I can't explain the anointing I feel when God gives me a poem but I feel that same anointing every time I read them & I believe the reader will feel the same anointing. These poems are about every day life, the high moments and the low. Some are my personal testimonies. (Ex: The battle with a deadly melanoma cancer which I am healed!) So many have asked me to have my book published. I finally took their advice and decided it's time to get them off the shelf and into your hearts. About the Author I am a retired cosmotologist. I am a wife, a mother, grandmother & foremost I am a Christian. I am active in my church & currently attend Deer Creek Church in Cuba, Mo. where I reside with my husband Larry. My passion is writing and gardening. I have been writing poetry over the course of many years under inspiration of God- given thoughts. I have had the privilege to share my poetry with many women's groups as well as some churches in the Mid West. I have also spent 26 years ministering (weekly) in three nursing Homes. I also taught Layman School of Ministry 2 years.
