This book is for use by Ghanaians, Black Africans and mankind. The purpose is to challenge each individual person who purposes a good analytical mind to examine their current situation in their representatives’ countries as to what is going on around them. It also offers a guide to thinkers to perform strategically in all aspect of positive change for the Human Race rather than their selfishness drives. The questions asked on some of the pages that follows prompted for an element of cultural actions needed to manage change initiatives for the people of Ghana. The defining Political Elite class explained the driving needs to understate the change efforts in the country. And the developing essential attributes and skills needed to lead changes efforts is through education of each child in the country and its people.
