The Audacious Auditions of Jimmy Catesby is the second children's novel by bestselling author, Victoria Connelly. * * * * * 12-year old Jimmy Catesby is a terrible football player. His French is appalling, his geography is worse, and he can't see the point of decimals. But there's one thing Jimmy is good at - acting. And, when he meets Miss Mary Snow, retired star of stage and screen, he knows he has to follow his dreams and become an actor. Unfortunately, this gets him into a lot of trouble - with his teachers, his mum, and the school bullies. Follow Jimmy's adventure as he battles with auditions, detentions, stage fright and opening nights, and discover if he's got what it takes to succeed.
