Winter has arrived, and the Green Forest and the nearby meadow are covered in a thick carpet of snow, making it difficult for Reddy Fox and Granny Fox to obtain food. Of course, Reddy has a lot of crazy ideas, like breaking into Farmer Brown's chicken coop during the day.
Several of Reddy's foolish proposals are rejected by Granny, who uses her experience to do so, dispelling the arrogance of a little boy who believes he is smarter than everyone else. Reddy learns a lot from Granny about resourcefulness, patience, and common sense.
Thornton W. Burgess's timeless fable Old Granny Fox will enchant children with a fun tale while imparting crucial lessons about wildlife, the environment, and self-awareness in a delightful way.
