"The Abundance Journal" is an opportunity to take an inventory of your actions and map out your conscious and unconscious self. We have two operating systems that drive how we act in the world at any given time. One is our program; the other is our essence. This divide is between the higher self that resides in your heart of being, and your learned conditioning from a lifetime of experience. Get unstuck from your programming with this journal!
Through reflective workshops you'll learn how to recognize your actions for what they are, a product of your mental state. Indentifying this is the first step towards a greater understanding of yourself and others.
