Jesse just wants to watch the latest comic book blockbuster film in peace. Mona has no intention of letting him do that! But they both might get a little more than they expect out of the encounter...
EXCERPT
I used to wonder why more hotels don't just let you check in remotely and use your phone as a room key, but then I realized it's because most hotels want to make sure people dressed like me have to come through the lobby.
(I'm not a hooker, but I really couldn't blame anyone who looks at how I'm dressed tonight and makes assumptions.)
Thankfully some hotels don't care, because I'm really happy to avoid leaving Jesse in the car while I check in – or worse, dragging him into to the lobby with me. A lot of awkward little moments where one of us could chicken out, eliminated.
My phone swipes us into the room.
The latch sounds very loud as it shuts behind us, and I get an erotic jolt from it.
Now it's on.
I glance at Jesse, and, as I expect, he looks nervous and way out of his depth.
I'm in no mood to wait around for him to make a move on me, or suffer through a clumsy warm-up make-out. I plop myself on the dresser, pull my skirt up, and spread my legs.
"Are you good at following instructions, Jesse?"
"Yeah?"
I swipe my index finger across the words on my panties – the same words scratched into Cassie's bat: KISS IT.
