Saved to Serve is a gripping true story of faith, perseverance, and God’s unwavering grace. It follows Salim Arthur, the only child of elderly parents — an answer to prayer, dedicated to God even before birth. Raised with deep faith, he embraced his calling as a pastor. But when a young woman he led to Christ was killed, false accusations of blasphemy turned his life upside down. Arrested, imprisoned, and tortured, Salim faced unimaginable trials that tested his faith to the core. Though eventually acquitted, danger forced his family into hiding for six months, surviving only through God’s provision and the prayers of believers worldwide. By God’s grace, they escaped to Canada, where they found safety and a renewed calling — serving the Lord and ministering to others in need. Saved to Serve is more than a survival story; it’s a powerful testimony that even when earthly laws fail, God’s faithfulness prevails. From Wandala to Waterdown, this journey affirms that they were not just saved from danger — they were saved to serve. This inspiring book offers hope to anyone facing persecution, suffering, or loss, reminding them that every trial can be part of God’s divine plan.
