What does it cost to build a life without losing yourself along the way?
When entrepreneur and mother, Kettia Ming is pulled into a high-stakes legal battle, the fallout reaches far beyond her business. It threatens her family, her sense of safety, and the identity she worked to sustain. As the pressure escalates, she is forced to reckon with the truth: the price was too high.
Running becomes her refuge. Offering her a place to breathe again and to reinvent her life with intention.
Told with honesty and cinematic detail, this book pulls back the curtain on what it means to pursue dreams within systems that were never designed to support you. Rooted in lived experience, it offers hard-earned wisdom, the missteps that cost more than money, and the pivotal choices that redefine achievement.
For anyone carrying more than they admit, this story invites you to reclaim your power one mile at a time.
