Does faith matter today? Millions of people have left the church. And more keep leaving, despite all the challenges facing us in the 21st century. This is even happening amidst growing movement toward meaningful living and spirituality. It's time to ask why. It's time to look at the message of the church and talk about why it doesn't connect with people's lives. In his book, Relevant, Jeff Widenhofer makes the case that the Christian faith doesn't just have to be about worship services, abstract beliefs, or the afterlife. He shows that it can actually be about how we live today. And he builds his case on the example and teachings of the man at the center of the Christian religion who showed people 2,000 years ago how to live more beautiful, impactful, and profound lives. Widenhofer is not afraid to ask bold questions, or to face the answers. And he invites you into the discussion.
