Katarina Narvaez has everything going for her-a new job as a neurology physician assistant at a well-known medical facility in Philadelphia and an attractive neighbor with the most striking green eyes who is quickly becoming one of her favorite people. Until she discovers her new patient, whom she inherited from the previous neurologist, is none other than said green-eyed neighbor, Alessandro De Laurentiis, who happens to live with multiple sclerosis.
