Pushing the Rock is a personal story about how my husband had triple bypass heart surgery and survived physically by pushing the rock (exercising five days per week for over an hour and a half) and spiritually by having a personal relationship with our Father, attending bible study, Sunday School, morning worship and studying His word daily.
