Dr. Joanne Wescott is a life learner, servant leader, innovator, and visionary with advanced education. A Licensed Practical Nurse from the commonwealth of Virginia. She then went on to graduate from Delaware State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing as a Registered Nurse. She holds a Professional Registered Nurse with Multi-State Licensure, State of Delaware Compact, and a California License. Later obtained a master's degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Mentoring and Coaching. Her most recent achievement was achieving her Doctorate in Strategic Leadership with a concentration in Healthcare leadership. Joanne looks forward to sharing her experience and knowledge in the business of healthcare and professional development arena, shaping an environment that is innovative and forward-thinking. She loves giving back to her community and when she is not working as a consultant, coaching, or speaking and spending quality time with family, she provides community service. She has touched almost every aspect of Nursing throughout her career and has made Utilization Management her specialty. Joanne is an educator and is the CEO of Delmarva CCS where she resides in Delaware.
