Do you frequently forget to take care of yourself?
Have you developed the habit of ignoring and putting aside your own needs to satisfy others?
Self-prioritizing is when you align your habits, activities, and desires with your physical and mental health.
This doesn't mean you are not concerned for others around you. It simply means you understand that you are important and that the success and satisfaction of your life are of equal significance to those of everyone else.
Part 1 of this workbook creates an evaluation strategy for finding a suitable way to prioritize yourself.
In part 2, we will use Eisenhower Matrix to create our "Prioritizing You' list with an added timeline of 90 days, 1year, and 3 years.
