Armchair fiction presents extra large paperback editions of the best in classic Mystery-Crime novels. Here is another classic tale of mystery, crime, love, and death, "Prelude to Murder," by longtime favorite mystery writer, Sterling Noel. This was the report on Marjorie Lochman: "Stewardess by occupation...she continued having a lover after she married...her late husband beat her so severely she often had to be carried to the hospital...his death releases her from bondage to a sadist..." Could sweet-faced, two-timing Marjorie destroy 48 people to satisfy a black hatred? SHE HAD THE MOTIVE-SHE HAD THE MEANS! This is an unforgettable novel of life and lust and death...of passionate love and even more passionate hate. With a list of suspects a mile long, there is one reporter determined to put all the pieces together, and meeting a deadline is the least of his problems.
