In Praying for Unsaved Loved Ones Billy and Kirsty Lummis look at how to make New Testament intercession for an unsaved person by using a simple and effective model of prayer based on the scriptures. Intercession is simply prayer made on behalf of another person. It is unlikely that our unsaved loved ones will be praying for their own salvation, but we certainly can! A spiritual battle is taking place for the soul of every person, as Jesus seeks to save the lost, and satan tries to deceive and draw mankind away from God. All believers are part of this battle. If you are born again, God has called, equipped, and empowered you through His Spirit to minister and touch other people's lives. And one of our first ministries is to pray.
