Palismen Don't Scream-Until They Do is a gothic horror descent into creation, cruelty, and the things that remember pain long after the knife is gone. In a world where palismen are carved by hand and bound by loyalty, not every creation survives the ritual whole. Some are corrected. Some are discarded. And some are left alive-aware, broken, and listening.
Beneath workshops and deep within a living forest fused with titan blood, failed palismen gather. Their bodies are split, wired, regrown, and reshaped by suffering-but their memories are intact. Wood learns pain. Pain learns patience. And loyalty, once carved into their cores, begins to rot into something far more dangerous.
As carvers return to reclaim what they abandoned, the line between creator and monster collapses. Blood-green and glowing-seeps where sap should be. Love curdles into control. Mercy arrives too late. What emerges is not revenge in its simplest form, but a haunting reckoning with the cost of creation without consent.
Unflinching, psychologically twisted, and deeply heartbreaking, Palismen Don't Scream-Until They Do is a story about autonomy, trauma, and the horror of being shaped by hands that refuse to see you as alive-until you make them feel it.
