A hilarious new fairy tale--with a slippery, slimy twist!
"Finally, a kids’ book has the courage to say it: Fairy tales need more snails!"-- Kirkus Reviews
Shelby the snail lives in the land of fairy tales. Princes, princesses, fabulous dresses, heroes to meet, villains to defeat. But each time Shelby thinks she's come close to finding her own happy ending, her bliss is thwarted by her, well. . . slime.
Can Shelby find a fairy tale where a snail can prevail?
Written by debut author Kathy P. Kelly and with lush art created by Erica Chen, this is a hilariously sweet picture book about a little creature with a big heart.
