They have their own basic training. They have their own weapons systems. They have their own history. They have their own boots. When something absolutely has to be destroyed, they're the ones called. They have control of the most advanced and destructive land vehicle on the planet. They can do more damage on the battlefield in two minutes than any other group can do in two days. They are the king of battle. They are the United States Armor. All James McRae wanted to do was to serve his country and prove himself in combat. In 2003, he got his chance as he deploys for Operation Iraqi Freedom. His brilliant mind has made him an exceptional gunner on the M1A2 Abrams main battle tank. His platoon, the War Pigs, join an infantry unit and are tasked to establish peace in a remote part of Iraq. With no support. Surrounded by enemies. With all their training. Nothing could have prepared them for the first war of the 21st Century.
