New Mom Comfort Tea

New moms need support, so we’ve created our “New Mama Comfort Tea” with just that purpose in mind. Fennel and anise seed support breastfeeding moms while red raspberry, nettle and red clover blossoms offer an extra boost of nutrients needed for post-delivery recovery. A hint of chamomile aids in comforting mom during this all-consuming transition, a precious time in her and her baby’s life. foeniculum vulgare* (fennel) seed, pimpinella anisum* (anise) seed, matricaria chamomilla * (chamomile) flower, rubus idaeus* (raspberry) leaf, urtica dioica* (nettle) leaf* and trifolium pretense* (red clover)flower 1 tsp of tea per cup of boiled water. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain and enjoy! Drink 1-3 cups daily.
