"I have often heard people say that the most unused potential is in a graveyard. Some people die without knowing their true purpose. There is no age limit to finding your purpose."
My Life Is Not My Own highlights the life of Dr. Crystal A. Champion, a small-town resident turned medical professional. This memoir details how her life experiences in faith, love, career, tragedy, and trauma have shaped her to find her life's purpose of helping and serving others. She also candidly expresses her self-revelation, self-knowledge, and self-reflection. The readers will gain further insight into her resiliency, servitude, successes, and failures at various life stages. The goal is to encourage readers to evaluate their own life stories and paths in order to inspire them to seek out their life purpose to help in finding personal fulfillment.
