Noah Text(R) highlights critical word patterns to help struggling readers, striving readers, dyslexics, and English language-learners read with increased fluency, accuracy, and stamina.
Both a Newbery Honor winner and an American Library Association Notable Book, My Father's Dragon will not disappoint young readers. This classic children's novel -- which has been made into anime film in Japan -- is a comic adventure story about a brave boy named Elmer Elevator who runs away to Wild Island to rescue a mythical baby dragon. (Note to educators: Whether your students read independently or they follow along as you read to them aloud, this special edition will enable them to enjoy the story while observing critical word and sound patterns that facilitate improvements in their reading skills.)
