Herman, the head of International Mice Society in Missouri, received a very important telegram! Apparently, the Head of the Parisian International Mice Council in France had heard of some of the amazing rescues the mice from the Missouri council had done in America. And they wanted their help immediately! The American Mouse delegate of the Parisian Mice Security council, Monsieur Baity, had disappeared after a V.I.L. (Very Important Luncheon!) in the Eiffel Tower! No one has seen him since! He was feared lost, captured, or (gasp!) assassinated! They must find him! He is vital to World Mouse Security! Melanie and Ezra, a married mouse couple from Flowerville, Missouri, volunteer. But-how will they get to France? How will they find the Eiffel Tower?
