Adam Stenson has spent his whole life feeling small-physically, emotionally, mentally. When his fiancée's affection starts to feel out of reach and his confidence crumbles under the weight of self-doubt, he turns to the one thing that promises power: steroids. What starts as a simple attempt to bulk up spirals into an obsession. The gym becomes his temple, the mirror his judge. Each injection pushes him further, and soon, the person staring back at him is no longer the man he used to be-but is he any closer to the man he wants to be? As his body grows, so does the rage, the paranoia, the insatiable hunger for more. Friendships strain, his relationship with Sara begins to crack, and the side effects of his choices refuse to be ignored. But by the time Adam realizes he's in too deep, it might already be too late. From Chris Levine , the writer, producer, and star of the critically acclaimed Hollywood film Anabolic Life , Most Muscular returns to the raw, unfiltered vision of the original story-an unflinching look at the dark side of body obsession, the cost of validation, and the fine line between self-improvement and self-destruction.
