Is it small? Is it blue? Purple? Green? Is it shaped like a shark or an eel? With so many questions rolling around in her mind she seeks out all the information she can find at the library. There she decides her only course of action is to CAPTURE the sea monster! After some research, a plan is hatched and with a little help from a friend, Cedar sets the stage for her grand quest. Will she succeed in tracking down this aquatic behemoth and capture it?!
