" When painted into a corner , move the corner ."
Self-limiting beliefs and the choices we make hold us back, argues author Richard W. Wilberg in Moments of Presence . For most of his life, Richard believed he wasn't enough: big, strong, smart, handsome, you name it—the adolescent lie he told himself. In sixty thought-provoking essays, Richard moves corners to help us:
· Discover our truth
· Build self esteem
· Choosewhat may not seem possible.
We live in a time of constant change, rigid beliefs, and questionable truth. We seek solutions to problems and may be nostalgic for the apparent simplicity of the past. Yet, all we have is now. Moments of Presence reminds us to be aware in this moment, today, and search for personal meaning in life to create the way to our dreams. We have more opportunities than we ever imagined.
