Michael from Prague is a tender, diary-style story of curiosity, quiet admiration, and the small moments that linger long after they pass. Naga Sarvani Bavisetty reflects on her first encounters with Michael during her Masters in Limerick-his patient attempts to pronounce her name, the gentle presence of his sky-blue guitar, and the fleeting shared moments over coffee and hot chocolate. Set against the dreamlike streets of Prague, the manuscript blends poetry, reflections, and imagined walks through the city's bridges, spires, and hidden corners. It is a story of first crushes, cultural fascination, and the delicate beauty of memory. Some stories do not have happy endings, yet their quiet magic endures-like spilled sambar on a sleeve, a whispered word in a foreign language, or a melody carried by the Vltava River. This is a narrative for those who believe in curiosity, imagination, and the unspoken connections that make life feel extraordinary.
