From the beginning our goal was to craft an old-fashioned beef jerky made with 100% grass fed and finished beef. That's just what we've done. Our traditional wood smoked jerky is hand-crafted in small batches from pasture-raised beef, without the use of growth hormones or steroids the way nature intended.
