Mending the Fray: Reflections on Fraying comes from lived experience inside the moments where things begin to shift and don't go back to the way they were.
This is not reflection after the fact. It is written from within it—while patterns are still being seen, while reactions are still happening, while the internal tension hasn't fully settled.
Each piece holds a moment of recognition. Not something explained or solved, but something seen clearly enough that it changes how you relate to it.
There is no promise of resolution here.
Only the experience of staying present as you begin to understand yourself differently, one moment at a time.
