This collection of poems and short stories weaves together history, hope, and family. Each piece flows beautifully into the next, revealing the wisdom and perspective of a simpler time. The golden thread running throughout the entire book is the joy of a life lived prayerfully. It is the culmination of nearly one-hundred years of experience. Life, love, and faith in the face of loss are reflected beautifully through the eyes of a country mother.
